  Carefully pack your home goods in their original box with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
